The vision of Hope MK is for churches of all sizes and all denominations (and none) to work together to serve & bless the people of our city. We’re working closely with partner churches (and groups of churches) who are organising social action & community building projects which will take place during the Autumn half term break. We’ll be sending teams of young people out to serve on those projects alongside adults from those churches.
We have a great selection of projects available of different types and which will take place in neighbourhoods across the city. But there is still room for more churches to join us.
If you’re thinking about organising a project for Hope MK, here are some questions to help direct you:
- What are the particular needs in your local area? Is there a project you could run which would help meet that need?
- Do you have an existing group/project which would benefit from some extra helpers?
- If there a project you’ve wanted to start but you’ve not had enough volunteers?
- Is there another church or organisation you could work in partnership with on a project?
If you’d like to get your church/organisation involved but you’re still not sure how, please get in touch. If you’ve got a project in mind, download the Project Planning Pack and return the completed registration form to us and we’ll be in touch with you to discuss how we can help you.
